Drapery A single tiered wedding cake, with an arrangement of flowers to give height. The drapery effect on the cake matched the colour and texture of the wedding dress. The length of pearls used around the cake can be seen under the folds at the base. The arrangement is of shaded gerberas from pale pink to deep red, peace lilies and lily buds sitting in a sugar paste bowl with icing chippings. It can be completely removed from the cake in one piece as a bowl of flowers and kept as a memento of the day. |
